Better Apartments currently manages two small properties in the Fourth Plain Village:  Neals Lane Townhomes and Park Place.  Neals Lane Townhomes is a small family-friendly community of large three bedroom townhomes with attached garages, while Park Place is a mix of similarly spacious two bedroom townhomes and ranch style duplexes.  All units have fenced back yards and patios, while several include outdoor storage.
